Travel vocabulary

Drive: To go by car (irregular verb: drive drove driven). I drive to work everyday.
A lot: Much or many things. There is always a lot to do on the holidays.
Far away: A long distance. I live far away from school.
Unemployed: When not working. She is unemployed. She doesn't work.
Double decker: A bus in London. I took a double decker when I was visiting London.
Subway: Transportation. There is a great subway in New York City.
Tube: The subway in London. I take the tube to work.
Job interview: A meeting for a job. I have a job interview next week.
Metro: Underground transportation. There is the metro in Washington DC.
42 years old: The age of a person. He is 25 years old.
Vacations/holidays: Time off. I go to France for my holidays.
