Personality Types

Malcolm Patterson works for Mercedes. He was recently promoted to department boss for marketing. He moved to the head office in New York last month. Now he is responsible for a department of sixty five people that does marketing for North America. This is the first time he is responsible for such a big team. He is training this week in New York where he is preparing for his new position, and for his training program he has to do a study of personality types. He has to analysis the people from his former position in the Stuttgart office.
