The Creative Employees (writers and artists).
The creative department at Mercedes required writers and artists. They arrived every day when they wanted, and they left when they wanted. Their contribution was not overrated but sometimes they thought they were much more valuable than they really were.

The Leaders (up and coming).
Generally a good group of employees, the leaders were always a great contribution to the team. They worked well together and gave a lot to the company. They were different from creative employees, they worked well in teams but they were independent so they could be left alone.
