Cover Letters.
Cover letters are an important part of a recruiting process. They serve as an introduction of the potential candidate and immediately demonstrate the personality of the applicant. They are the first documents read by human resource people. It is important to remember that this is your initial impression. In some ways, it is more important than the CV.
Consider the following objectives of a cover letter.
1. To introduce the candidate for a position.
2. To permit for the job applicant to sell themselves.
3. To demonstrate their style.
4. To introduce the applicant.
