A typical day of Doug Smith.
Doug Smith is having a normal day at work. He is a software engineer. He works for Google in California. He started at the company two years ago. Here is the daily routine of Doug Smith a Google software engineer.

Doug lives in San Francisco. He works in San Jose. He could live in San Jose, but nobody lives there but San Francisco is also more expensive. It also takes a long time to get to work. There is a special bus from downtown San Francisco that he can use.

When at work, George has many responsibilities but most of all he works with algorithms. Basically he helps the search engine choose the best answers to the questions we ask. He has lunch with colleagues and usually gets one or two games of chess in a week.

At the end of the day most of the company returns to San Francisco so the bus is very active with conversation because they are all from Google. They meet in front of the office complex and the bus leaves at a scheduled time. Don’t be late.

After he gets home he either has dinner and listens to music or goes out to dinner with friends. There are a couple of restaurants where they like to meet up, that are not far from home. Usually he is back by 11 pm. The Next day is same routine.
