Structure
The reflexive pronouns are the following.
Singular: myself, yourself, himself, herself, itself
Plural: ourselves, yourselves,
Rememeber by + refexive pronoun means alone:
He did it by himself.

Examples:
The new CEO introduced herself to the executive.
The dog hurt itself when it fell.
The project manager and the Account Executive prepared themselves for the client.
