As with all the continuous tenses, use the future continuous to describe an action that is happening at a point in time in the future.  (Sometimes it is around another action)

I will be seeing the boss when you arrive. 
                
I will not be seeing the boss when you arrive. 
                
I won’t be seeing the boss when you arrive. 
                
Will I be seeing the boss when you arrive? 
                
Won’t I be seeing the boss when you arrive?
