Bellboy: The person who gets your bags when you arrive

Check-in: When you arrive at the hotel
They checked-in at 2 PM.
Check-out: When you leave the hotel
We checked-out at 10 AM.
Complimentary breakfast: Breakfast included in the fees

Suite: (pronounced sweet)When there are more rooms than one
They reserved a suite at the hotel.
Adjoining rooms: Two rooms together (like a suite)
There are two adjoining rooms in the suite.
Baggage: Used to carry things when travelling
Do you have any baggage?

Luggage: Used to carry things when travelling
I have to pack my luggage before I leave.
Suitcase: Used to carry things when travelling
We need to pick up the suitcase at reception.
Luggage cart: To carry the baggage of the guests
We need a luggage cart to get the baggage.
Rollaway bed: An extra bed in a hotel room
Can we have a rollaway bed tonight.
Sofa bed, pull-out couch: Extra bed in the sofa
Can we get a pull-out for tomorrow?
Single bed: One-person bed
We have a new request for an extra single bed.
Double bed: Bed for two people
They would like a double bed.
Queen-size bed: A large bed
We need a queen-sized bed for the special guest.
King-size bed: The largest bed
They are VIP clients so they need a king-size-bed.
