General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

What is GDPR?
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a regulation in EU law on data protection and privacy for all individual citizens of the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA). It also addresses the export of personal data outside the EU and EEA areas. The GDPR aims primarily to give control to individuals over their personal data and to simplify the regulatory environment for international business by unifying the regulation within the EU.

We storage in our database only the data that you provided us in the sign up form like:
Name and last name: to identify each student.
Email: the main use of your email address is to do the login, we also use your email to send the results of each lesson and weekly reminders.
Phone: to be in communication by SMS related your contract and performance in your learning course.
IP address: to identify which country you are and to put the site in your language.
Sign ins: to calculate your total time on site.
Time on site: to monetize the service
Scores: to evaluate your performance and to help you with your weaknesses.

You can see and update your personal data on your profile page.
You also can see your scores on the result page of each lesson.
You can restrict processing your personal data filling out the form on the GDPR page after you login into your account.
You can update your name, last name, email address and your phone in your profile page.
If you want to erase all your data send a request to [email protected] or fill out the form on the GDPR page after you login into your account.

We use SSL encryption. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private and integral.

We also use seudonymization to data management and de-identification procedure by which personally identifiable information fields within a data record are replaced by one or more artificial identifiers, or pseudonyms.
